We are currently hiring for an IT Support Technician L1 or L2. This person will provide a high level of professional customer service through a variety of telephone, e-mail, remote and on-site support interactions.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Resolve support issues as assigned and in line with service level expectations
- Install, troubleshoot and maintain systems including desktops, servers, networks, and software
- Ensure all work is carried out and documented in accordance with existing processes and standards
- Conduct onsite service as required. Access to own vehicle (optional).
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Continuous improvement of self through workshops, certifications, job shadows etc.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in CIS or equivalent certifications or experience in an IT related discipline
- Comfortability with deploying, managing & troubleshooting Windows workstations
- Microsoft 365 administration fundamentals
- Strong networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with the following: Windows 10, Office 365, basic networking, Active Directory
- Nice to have but not mandatory: experience with Mac, Windows Servers, Active Directory, networking and firewalls
